Every item at Kathy Design Centered Deals undergoes our White Glove Certified Pre-Owned™ inspection before it's carefully packaged and shipped to you. This meticulous process ensures authenticity, quality, and condition standards are met, and typically takes 1-7 business days depending on the item.

Shipping Methods

We partner with USPS and UPS to deliver your items safely and securely. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method. We're committed to transparent pricing—no hidden fees or surprises.

Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping and U.S. territories are not available at this time, but we're working to expand our reach in the future.

High-Value Items

For your protection, orders over $500 require signature confirmation upon delivery. This ensures your investment arrives safely in your hands.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48-72 hours of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your item.

Order Tracking & Updates

Once your item ships, you'll receive:

  • Real-time updates as your package moves toward you

  • Estimated delivery date

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot modify addresses once an order has been processed and shipped. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@kathydcdeals.com.
